I do not believe in "one size fits all" when it comes to food and nutrition. I truly believe that small changes can have a big impact and that eating well and having a good relationship with food doesn't have to be scary, stressful, time consuming, or overwhelming.
Eating is very personal and needs to be individualized and tailored to fit your needs, your schedule, your preferences, and your goals. I use an anti-diet approach and believe that all foods fit into a healthy, balanced, sustainable way of eating.
Due to COVID-19 I am currently ONLY seeing clients virtually via phone or Zoom video chat.
